Went to Zaxby’s after it opened. We are not really into fast food chicken, one of the reasons why we never go to chic-fil-et. Very disappointing food. My chicken sandwich had about a half a teaspoon of mayonnaise on it for the entire sandwich. Person I went with some kind of chicken nuggets or something that he said was terrible. We left about half the food and certainly won’t be going back. NO chic-fil-et or Zaxbys for us ever. However, the staff was very good and friendly so I have to give them that

Not impressed. I kept hearing people say how good Zaxby’s is before it had opened so I wanted to try it. It was nothing special. The chicken was nowhere near as good as Chic-fil-a, and the fries were not good at all. I also got the spicy fried mushrooms. They were dripping in oil and not spicy at all. Also, normally with fried mushrooms, you get the whole mushroom fried. For some reason here they slice it up and fry it which leaves you with little slivers of mushroom. Another problem is they have one of those coke machines where you can add all different flavors. However there is only the one dispenser spigot so people were lined up just to get a drink.
