A taste of Home. I’m from Evansville and grew up eating at Zesto, Huggies, and Big Top. They are all about the same, good old fashion greasy spoons that still have EXTREMELY affordable prices, huge portions, and some of the best ice cream shakes you will ever taste. Out of all of them though Zesto has always been my favorite. They have a thinner patty that is bigger than the bun and gets nice and crispy on the edges. They have some really good fried mushrooms and their fries are great too. The staff is always nice and the place is kept clean. If the weather is nice it is a great place to go with the kids and sit outside at the picnic tables. This is one of my favorite spots to hit when I come home to visit.
For such a small place they have a big menu. Burgers are great. Crispy edges and they are bigger than the bun.
