Under new management and they are doing such an amazing job. They are actually making enough so they can take care of the guest. Previous owners would run out of most popular varieties by 8-9am. It was frustrating. Great product and managing it well. Highly recommend.03 Apr, 2013If it is near 9am don’t bother driving there. Last two times walked away disappointed. 9 am on a Friday out of glazed and chocolate long johns. Their top two items. A couple weeks later doors locked at 8:45 am on a Thurs. A lady unlocked the door to say we’re completely out. Not even close. This place could really do some sales if they would make enough product. This pattern has been like this for too long. Too bad because they are good.04 Jan, 2012Good donuts. However, you may be amazing if I could actually eat one. Two Sundays in a row out before 930 am. Other donut places closer to my house that always keep up with demand. Dont get disappointed going to those.

The long johns, cinammon twists, and glazed donuts were pretty good, and service was fast. My only complaint is that they stuffed a large variety of donuts in the bag with no separator – ended up being kind of a mess.

Good donuts. We used a Groupon for this place and found that the donuts were pretty good. I especially liked the lemon filled donuts they had here. Almost, ALMOST as good as Krispy Kreme.

Horrible Experience. I had a Groupon for this place and thought it would be a nice way to try it out. We walked in and immediately greeted with someone wanting to get us our donuts. I told her I needed a minute to figure out what I wanted since I had never been there before. I got a gruff and thirty seconds later she asked if we were ready again. Sensing her irritation I went ahead and ordered. The groupon was for a dozen donuts and 2 coffees. I ordered several different varieties since I wanted to try a little of everything to experience the place. She was clearly irritated she had to pull several different donuts instead of just a dozen of one or two varieties. After we get the donuts, my husband walks out the door but I went to the corner to put cream in my coffee. I immediately hear one of the other ladies ask what was wrong and then I hear the lady that waited on us immediately start complaining about how she had to dish out all those donuts for a stupid Groupon customer! She went on and on about a transaction that took her all of 3 minutes of her life, clearly implying that we were a waste of time because we were not cash customers… until the young lady behind the counter saw me standing in the corner and went back and told her I was still standing there. I had the pleasure of seeing the horror on her face when she realized I heard everything she just said. As far as the donuts: They are nothing better than what you get at the grocery store for half the price. In fact, we threw over half of them away. Not just saying that because of the experience either. On a final note, this place has one of my biggest hang ups sitting at the counter. A TIP JAR! In my opinion, it is the tackiest thing you can do if you are not truly providing a service. You put donuts in a box with an attitude and take people’s money. Why do I need to tip you?? If you want extra money, increase your prices, don’t put out a tip jar. OR get a better attitude and maybe people will feel better about tipping you for taking the effort to put our donuts in a box for us.
