This place is a joke!! Kirk Johnson is the owner.. I placed a delivery order at, 6:00 and at 7:20 I decided to call and see what the status of the delivery was! I was informed that the order was placed as…carry out??? Why??? In the system your address is set-up as delivery only! Well, I order from you guys despite your shortcomings on almost a weekly basis, can you explain why I wasn’t told this when I ordered? No, that’s just what’s in our system! WTF?? Note: I grew up with the sons of the original owners and will be taking this issue up w/them. Kirk, karma is a bitch buddy and I look forward to getting this issue resolved. If not, I look forward to making your joint suffer. Branden Meyer.

Good pizza but terrible service today for the lunch buffet. I will not be back anytime soon. I literally had no server. I had to go and get my own drinks (yes, I actually walked behind the employee counter and served myself).
Don’t bother coming here unless you are in a big group. You get ignored. Sat there for 20 minutes in plain sight and told be there soon. But of course the table behind got drinks and menus. Asked for a manager and told there isn’t one. I was never rude but the staff is not nice. There’s is always a manager. So don’t waste your time at this bearnos.
Short Staffed. Always short staffed. Takes forever to receive food. Servers are stressed out because someone didn’t schedule enough people. Walked out as someone told me it took 45 min for breadsticks.
New Albany Bearno’s. Always has been a good pizza restaurant. They have outdoor seating for the summer. They recently opened a new section next door for family dining.
