Dedicated Coffee Drinker Here. I absolutely love Coffeehouse Five not just because they stand for saving marriages and saving lives from being destroyed by addictions, but also because they may just have the best coffee in the mid west (yes, I’m including Starbucks in this assessment and trust me, I love me some Starbucks). Not only is the service very friendly, but they know what makes a smoothie or a cup of coffee that much better. It’s always nice to go into Coffeehouse Five and have a relaxing environment to drink my coffee and work on work. This place isn’t tiny and cramped like ALL Starbucks are. There are plenty of tables and chairs to relax in. I know I sound like I was paid to write this, but I wasn’t! I promise! I’m just a huge fan of Coffeehouse Five. Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself!
I like supporting local businesses. I like their concept and they have a nice variety at reasonable prices…my issue is service! A middle aged man with glasses is always working in there and in the 3 times I have been in, he has yet to say hi, thanks, you’re welcome or even smile. He always looks annoyed and put out by having to help you. He may be volunteering and not being paid, but I didn’t force him to and I am still spending my hard earned $$!
