Being right next to Five Guys, and charging as much, the burgers are hard not to compare. Sadly, the bacon cheeseburger I had was not anywhere close and very greesy, Expected a little more for a seven dollar burger. On a good note, the fries are the best shoe string style I have ever had. The seem slightly coated, like a higher class Rallys coating. I enjoyed the meal and look forward to trying the chicken. My wife had been here once before and didn’t remember it as greasy, so maybe the grillman is having a bad day.
Jagger’s is somewhere between fast food and a restaurant with table service. Very nice atmosphere and the counter service was top notch. I had the regular cheese burger and fries. The burgers are made with 2 patties unless you specify 1. They were cooked perfectly and the buns were incredible. This place should give Five Guys a good run for the money. Fries were pretty good but I’d give Five Guys the edge on those.
