This has to be the most colorful mexican restaurant around. It seems that every surface is covered with brightly painted mexican scenes. We are always happy here. The service is good and the prices are good. My wife gets the soft chicken tacos and the chicken soup and likes them a lot. I get beans and rice with a side of pico de gallo. We have tried other place but always gravitate back here.

Awesome. We went to El Rodeo first and the place was empty and there was a drunk guy passed out at the table. We headed over to Margaritas and it was fantastic! The food was great, prices were fair and the service was awesome! Highly recommend!

Go-to Mexican food. This is my families go to for Mexican food, they recently moved across the lot to a larger and more decorative venue. There is plenty of variety, everything I’ve tried here has been good, and price wise it makes sense for my family to take advantage of this wonderful restaurant. Try it!

Decent dinner. They have the usual mexican dishes but also have some that are unique to them. Lots of different quesadillas and burritos. Their shredded chicken was cooked awesome and seasoned a lot differently than other mexican joints. It was not dry and tasted super fresh. Their guac is delish as well, flavored great with some garlic. Salsa is on the thin side and no chunks. Pico de gallo was very flavorful and fresh. Service here is friendly and fast!

Great Mexican Food at a Great Price. Had to put my two cents in after reading about the other reviewer’s bad experience here, because my experience has been sooo opposite. Margarita’s is my favorite Mexican restaurant anywhere in the Indy area. The seafood fajitas are amazing and the chips and salsa are to die for. My only complaint is that I wish there were more dishes with the delicious salsa verde, and I’d love to be able to get chicken tamales.

Very good service and reasonable prices. Server was very friendly and the food came out quickly.

Bad service, bad food. The server got my order wrong. When I sent it back, she was visibly irritated. After she dropped it off, she never came back…EVER. We went without water or more chips/salsa the rest of the meal. I have pretty low standards for Mexican food, and this didn’t even meet MY standards. The tostada had only a sprinkling of cheese. The beef was dry and unseasoned except for being sauteed with some onions. The enchilada sauce was flavorless and a very strange shade of brown. Finally, the seafood burrito was overcooked. Bad, bad, bad. When we told the cashier about the service, she just brushed it off. Disappointing. We’ll never go back.
