My Favorite Ever. Papa John’s pizza has been my most favorite pizza my whole life. More than likely because it was my dad’s favorite and he always used to order PJ’s. I love all pizza, but it’s my fave and my husband’s least favorite lol. Everyone has their own opinions on the chain pizza delivery places, so I’ll review the service and restaurant as the food is the same at any PJ’s.We’ve been ordering from this PJ’s for over 6 years now. They went through a 1-2 year stretch where the service was awful! Sloppy pizzas, lukewarm, skimpy toppings and rude order/takers and managers. Now they are a pretty great place. I know they have gone through a lot of managers and store managers, but I think the one they have now is a good one. Delivery time is always spot on or less than the time quoted, the order is always correct, and the pizza is fresh. We mostly do online ordering and have not had a problem with it. Not sure how the service is over the phone now b/c we do online. But overall I will love this pizza joint…until I die!
