We take a great deal of pride in sourcing as many of our high quality ingredients as possible from family farms that share our commitment to raising vegetables, and animals with integrity. We know our farmers practices because we know our farmers. We seek out farms that align with our beliefs that wholesome & sustainable foods provide healthier, better tasting food. Pizza of principle isn't just a catchy marketing slogan, it's a value by which we live and breathe. Food grown locally and with integrity is not only better for our land and for our guests, it simply just tastes better.
