Will not go again.. Here’s my review. Good food, cheap prices, friendly for the most part, but you tend to feel rushed. Here’s my last visit…First off, my family has been going there for thirty years. They might not know our names, but they do know our faces.Last Friday we went there. It was unusually busy. I ordered the chicken kiev. My wife ordered a sandwich, and my ten year old ordered a hot dog with fries. After 45 minutes, our order finally came. My chicken kiev wasn’t only cold, it was prepackaged and still frozen!!! My waitress asked if I wanted something else, but after waiting 45 minutes, I said no, just bill me for my wife’s sandwich and the hot dog. My wife’s sandwich was OK. My daughter finished her hot dog, then started on her fries. Halfway through her fries, she discovered a half cooked piece of chicken that was fried in the same grease as the fries.I was upset already, but this really made me mad. I showed this to the waitress and told her this was the second mistake that was made and didn’t want to pay for that either. The waitress got the manager. She said that even the half cooked piece of chicken was on her plate, my daughter ate the hot dog and we would still have to pay for it. After a few choice words I paid my bill and left. I wasn’t charged for my chicken kiev, but they did charge me for my coffee.Give me a break. This is not the way to treat regular customers. We go there three times a month and spend app. $20 each time. Multiply that by twelve months and thirty years. You do the math. They blamed the shabby service and food on their being busy. That is no excuse. Restaurants should strive to be the best all the time. What if it was a hair or toenail in my daughter’s fries? Would we have still have to pay for her meal.I’m sorry, but we’ll never be back.
