House of Pizza is one of my favorite restaurants in Hammond. The pizza has been consistently good for years, and it is a staple of Hammond. I got the medium pizza the other day, which had green peppers, mushrooms, and onions on it. All the vegetables were cooked well, and the cheese itself was scrumptious. The crust was crispy but not burnt, the cheese not making the crust greasy. Every single bite was flavorful, and I was wanting more! For sausage lovers, House of Pizza makes a good pizza with sausage. Though they can get crowded, their estimated times are usually accurate, even with delivery.
It is 12/3 at 5:46pm I order over $40 of pizza every week and usually tip between $5 and $10. The little girl at the carry out register was so rude and interrupting me that I did not tip. I will not go back I eat out to much and spend to much money for poor service. Seriously, why would u hire her. How have your managers not noticed her attitude?
Go somewhere else.. What a terrible place! Awful customer service. Mediocre pizza, at best. Managers don’t know how to keep customers happy. No basic people skills. Take your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! Put a deposit down for a party and was supposed to get a call back but never did, pricing for kids 5 & under is $8!!! Too expensive…even though the party is over 2 weeks away they refuse to give me my deposit back.
