Dirty, cold and poor service.
Not sure what has happened to this O’Charleys lately, but it sure seems to have gone downhill. Ate here this evening and was disappointed on several fronts. The floors were dirty, the silverware was dirty, and our service was slow. The food was passable but that was the highlight…
