Food OK, Service horrible. Went there on a Saturday evening at 6pm. Diner was about a third full. Hostess seated the two of us at a dirty table with one setting among several empty, clean tables. We told our waitress we were sitting at a clean table next to the one we were assigned. Noticed the menus weren’t very clear about what was included with entrees. Wife ordered open faced turkey sandwich, I ordered leg of lamb. Waitress brought us two turkey entrees. After pointing out her mistake she apologized and said my lamb would be out in 4 minutes. 15 minutes later I got my entre. She again apologized and said I would be charged for the less expensive turkey. When she brought the bill I was charged for two turkey dinners and the lamb dinner. After pointing out the mistake I was told that the manager was in error and he would fix it. Apparently the manager decided to charge us the full price for the lamb dinner. The waitress did offer to pay the difference out of her tip money, but we refused. When paying the bill we were asked how the dining experience went. Apparently the cashier really wasn’t interested in our experience… so why ask?

Investor. Absolutely Horrific! Nice professional couple who never complain at all but this was so bad. Friday about 10 pm. We sent the burnt fried zucchini and fish/chips back only to have them replaced by a burnt cheeseburger! Fat scary cook came out of kitchen to give us the stink eye! Place was dirty and employees were just hanging out exchanging vulgarities near the back counter. Waitress was apologetic but got no support. Creepy little wart and mole covered manager didn’t even ask about service when he took our money then had the nerve to laugh when I complained. I finally lost it and just just flipped him off so he followed us through the windows to our car. No, I wasn’t even drunk! F u again Paragon and I know a great deal of people. I’ll be talking about this for years. I AM GOING TO RELISH IN EVERY CUSTOMER i STEER AWAY.
5 Stars all the way. Amazing service, havent been to a resturant so attendant to their customers and great them and treat them as a loving family member. My experience consisted of amazing staff and a delicious and scumptious meal with very generous portion size. AMAZING STEAK and FISH. When I left I was treated with the upmost kindness by the bussers, servers, and managers. Now it is my family weekly rutine to dine in every Friday night. VERY PLEASED!!!
Pizza. A friend suggested that I try the pizza and I was a little afraid but gave it a try anyways. I have to say that the pizza was very good… What caught me was the fresh cheese that was used. I will not order the green olives on my pizza from there anymore due to them beening to salty and to big other than that the pizza was well worth the try. I must comment on the long island iced ttea….it was TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE. PLEASE TAKE MY WORD DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT…
Food was Terrible!. Service was pretty good, was hoping to make it our new family restaurant until the food came. We ordered 3 New York Strip Steaks and they tried to pass off pork as steak. I know the difference…Pork is white for one, which mine was and it has fat around the outside as well. I eat steak all the time, this was not steak. I couldn’t even eat it I was so disgusted… I am never going back there with my family ever again. Disgusted!
