This food is terrible. Ordered the Philly steak and the bun was soggy and the food was absolutely cold . The fries were hard and cold as well. Their was a piece of cheese that was not even melted. It stunk my whole house up. I wish I could get my money back. These comments are an understatement. This place is bad.

If i could do 0 stars I would.I have ordered from the merrillville store often and nothing but exceptional food and service. So I figured I would get the same experience. Boy was I wrong. I ordered food for 4 people when it was delivered everything was cold. My philly steak salad was 99% lettuce. This is a meal Ive ordered numberous times from merrillville and It is usually loaded with meat and all the good stuff. When I called to complain about the food being cold the manager said there was nothing he can do with out the order # he has to wait for the driver to return. HE WAS VERY RUDE like i was in the wrong for complaining that my 40 something dollar order was cold. I NEVER received a call back so when i called again they hung up and I tried calling the next day and they gave me the run around again. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
