Went in last week and had a very bad experience. Disinterested employees and overpriced. Never going back here and I would certainly spread the word. I have a few notes to share. I hope the manager takes care of these. 1) I was welcomed by a seemingly disinterested server. I should have taken the sign and left but I made the mistake of going in anyway. 2) They made me sit in dark corner where I had a hard time reading the menu. 3) The disinterested server would then come by and ask for our order. He didn’t even bother asking us if we needed anything else. He left before we were done with our order. 4) The really small table they made us sit on didn’t even have enough room for four plates and the server never came to clear the table. 5) I went into the restroom seeing the sign on top of a door. Later, I realized I had to go through three hard to open doors before getting to the restroom. 6) At around 9:15 the server told me that we are about close when the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10 pm. We were gorced into ordering food way early. 7) In the end they charge me a gratuity fee for all the bad experiences I’ve been through. I ended up paying over $20 above my bill and it wasn’t even optional.
I like the lunch special best. For $10 you can get quite a bit a fresh, delicious Thai food. You often see them refilling trays. Their Tom yum soup is simple but amazing. Alacart stuff is pricy though
