Local friends took us the Black Market for our anniversary. We had the Bone Marrow and the special Rabbit appetizer. Both were delicious and delivered a wonderful surprise. For dinner I ordered the Apple Brine Pork Chop. The aroma was magical. The chop melted in my mouth. We shared the Salted Chocolate Brickle with cream cheese ice cream. Devine…the ice cream was up expectedly flavorful. The carmel sauce with sea salt was a perfect complement to the ice cream. If you love drinks, the have a huge selection of wines, beers, rums and more. The building is and location is misleading but done be fooled. I highly recommend a visit to Black Market.
Unique Food, Great atmosphere, a Favorite in the area. I am a huge fan of Black Market. I love the food here. Not only is the food great, but the atmosphere is awesome. I have tried as many things as possible on this menu, and every time we get something new I’m delighted in what I get to try. The fries are out of this world, the bone marrow is something I’ve never gotten anywhere else. I can’t eat more than a couple bites of it, but my husband loves it. The Jowel bacon is insanely good. I just can’t say enough great things about the food, and the beer list is awesome as well. I’ve been here at least a dozen times and it’s one of the only places I don’t care what the price is. I will likely pay it and leave completely impressed and satisfied with my meal and what I paid, because I believe it’s worth it. They do have the communal table seating which is hit or miss depending on who you sit next to, but either way it’s always a great experience.
Fantastic!. I came in expecting good food from this James Beard award nominated chef, and he exceeded my expectations. I am eager to spread the good word about Black Market.

Excellent locally grown, freshly made dishes full of flavor and encompassing an eclectic selection of tastes. Highly recommend the brined porkchop (so very supple and juicy!), brisket tacos and the sriracha Mac and cheese – all exceptionally delicious. Bit of a wait for the food but well worth it.
You’re not a bar without Effen Vodka.. I ordered a Grey Goose on the rocks. Nope. Stoli? Nope. Absolut? Nope. Effen? Nope. What do you have? Not Vodka. I guess they think that’s cute or funny or hip. It’s not.
