The free tour of the distillery is pretty cool. I love all the different kinds of seating: sofas, tall stools, chairs, etc. Bar is excellent, as you might expect. Most surprising was the food, which was creative, delicious, and well beyond typical bar food.
It was a great time. The owner kept things moving even though distiller wanted to explain the process. We were pushing our own time constraints. Would love to go back and take full tour.
They make their own rum, vodka, gin and, whiskey. All were excellent! The menu was small but all right. They also offer free tours of the distillery.
