I have not been here for years, and nothing has changed, except that you can now get single servings. This is not necessarily bad or good. We had a party of six and they were accommodating in getting us a round table, which makes it much easier to talk. Our server, Rico, was great! Very friendly and attentive. We ordered garlic bread for the table, which was just average. I had a side of spaghetti Marinara ($7.99), which was good. My wife had Linguini with olive oil and parmesan cheese ($14.99 for a small that serves two.) It was cold when served but tasted okay. Pay attention to the menu when it says that a small order is for two. Get a side order if you want a smaller portion. It will still be a lot. The rest of the party enjoyed their food.
Horrible Food. No sweetener for tea, no butter for bread, very little salad dressing on salad, very little sauce on spaghetti and fettuccine alfredo, the smallest piece of cheesecake I’ve ever seen, no refill, rushed service! Very disappointed!
The chicken limone was excellent. The pasta marinara side was a bit garlicky for my taste, but still good. The atmosphere and service were a bit …weird. Still worth a try.
Authentic Italian food. Visited Buca di Beppo on a Thursday during early afternoon. Wasn’t crowded at all. Loved the decor. It was a very fun environment. The food was excellent and served in a timely manner. My husband says the food is just like his Italian grandmother made. Try the mini meatballs! Delicious!
First time here and while it had a good vibe being downtown, it didn’t make my top ten. I actually think Olive Garden had better food and service.
This is one of our favorites when we come to Indy. I’ve never thought I wasn’t getting my moneys worth or bad service.
DOWN HILL. The location downtown is not the place it use to be! Obviously management or something has changed. The service is horrible, the food not like it was, and only 6-7 tables of people during the heart of rush lunch hour! Will not be returning until many changes are made.
