This feels like a lamer version of Olive Garden to me. Typical chain Italian restaurant with mediocre food. Atmosphere is comfortable though.
I like the atmosphere of the place, but was sorely disappointed in our food. I had high expectations. The portions are served family style. The large says it serves five, but would definitely serve at least 8. We ordered the antipasto (Italian) salad and it was fabulous. The chicken carbonara was dry. The chicken in it tasted rubbery and bland. The spaghetti and meatballs was watery and plain. If I went again, I’d only order the salad and I’d try some garlic cheesy bread. Our service was good, but the food was overall underwhelming.
