Went and had the 32 ounce prime rib and a side order of loaded steak fries with cheese and sour cream and it was delicious. price is actually excellent for the amount of food that you get on the road of course pay a lot more than one of the word Trendy steak houses. I definitely will be back
My wife and I really enjoy Bynum’s: Very good steaks cooked very well. Simple menu old time atmosphere with great service. Our only complaint is that the entre’ plates are too small and crowded; they really need to use larger plates otherwise a 5 all around.
Went there with my wife for are wedding anniversary tonight, we were there 17 years ago and the food and service was great. However tonight it was the worst experience we have had at a restaurant. The kitchen did not have it together in service they were slow and disorganized. We order the bone in beef fillet for two medium well they served it blood rare we sent it back to the kitchen, it took another hour and we were served a different piece of meat half the size of the first one. We were told by the server that the kitchen said the meat shrunk due to cooking it med well. I ask to talk to the manager waited another 45 minutes, the server said the manager was too busy to talk to us, however the server only charge for soup and salad she was the only one trying to make it right; however we will not be back. I think whoever is managing this place is going to manage it out of business. I hope the owner reads this review.
Very disappointed
Aweful. Service was SLOW. About fifteen minutes for her to get our waters and another ten to even ask if we were ready to order. The onion soup was pretty much brown water with some cheese and two cups of salt in it. The salad was old and nothing but a bit of iceberg and a cherry tomato. I ordered the prime rib rare. The first bite was nice. Somehow it was the only piece that was rare. The rest was dry very over cooked and cold. The waitress didn’t stop by till the rest of my party was done. She asked how everything was and I replied that the steak was over cooked and cold. So for $35.00 I ate a cup of soup, half a tiny salad, and less than a quarter of a slice of the prime rib that I could stomach. Wasn’t even offered so much as a penny off. The bread was very nice though.
Poorly managed. Terrible service (they told us 45 minute wait; we got food over 2 hours layer). Steak is good, but not worth the wait.
The apitomy of poor service. It’s hard to explain how a 40 minute wait turned 2 hours but every step of this restaurant experience was was one misstep after another and at the end if it all, a grizzly sirloin for 2. So disappointing.
