Cerulean is an upscale restaurant without the snobbery of many downtown Indy restaurants. The food was wonderful; numerous choices, fresh ingredients, fair prices. Took some executives from Brazil and they loved it as well. We will go back!
Lovely location. We sat in the birds nest. So cool. Great food and service. Overall it was splendid!!
