IT REOPENED. Cicis reopened recently with new owners! It’s back in buisness!
Bad news all the time. However, the good news is that this place is now shut down and has been for a little over a month. There is justice for patrons that deserve better.
Location has gone down hill in last couple of years. I have to say this place has managed to confuse even me. Walked in on my last visit to be greeted by an unfriendly staff person at the register who grunted her way through my order. The pizza didn’t even have the same flavor as the last time I was in and the staff working behind the buffet seemed bored and didn’t acknowlege me when I addressed them at first.There’s also an area of loose floor tiles in the back of the place that I saw at least 4-5 people tripping over and nearly falling down, and no, there was no sign warning people that the floor was in this condition. One person nearly fell right into a table where someone else was sitting. I told the guy who was pushing the cart around picking up plates about this and he just kind of shrugged it off like it was no big deal. For the sake of this place I hope they have the floor fixed by now before someone gets hurt.I went back up to the buffet for seconds and found a staff person. When I asked if they could make a special pizza, the guy said they didn’t do that, which is not true. You can ask them to make any pizza you want at Cicis and they will do it for you. They even advertise it that way. Don’t know what’s up with this location that they don’t do it here unless they aren’t training their staff properly now and they don’t know that’s something you can do. I’d like to think that was the case instead of them just not wanting to do it but you never can tell.I have been in here a few times before and enjoyed what I had and the service was pretty good, but the last few times give me the opinion that this place might be going down hill.
Really cheap and great service
Good. Buffet, all you can eat pizza and salad at very reasonable price.
Made to order. The service is fast, the restaurant is clean (even though most customers are not), and they will make a pizza to order for you.
