Went here with my family and we were sitting down enjoying our meal when a roach walked across the table. We notified the manager and requested a refund. The Manager told us the owner don’t want him refunding any cash money for any reason and he gave me an expired coupon for one free meal. It was 4 of us dining not that we would return anyway because if roaches are walking freely across the tables then there’s an infestation problem.
Rude unfriendly. Hello I was in one night and the girls up front was very nice and then Vicky waited on me and she was very rude, talking to her employees very rudely. As long as she is there people don’t want to come back.. She could talk to her employees better then she does . she has no people skills Pizza was ok. But the buffet was not being slept up and as soon as they put a pizza out it was gone and we would have too wait on more too come out..
