I Feel Smarter Already. I eat at Educated Sandwich once a week on average. I’d eat there more if I wasn’t trying to cut back on restaurant food. The price is extremely affordable (especially for downtown Indianapolis) and the food is very good. I especially like the wraps – the Santa Fe is a personal favorite. Weekly specials add variety to the menu. Finally, the friendliness of the staff is exceptional. I lived in the area for 6 months and made a regular habit of visiting. I moved away for 2 years and then returned to take a job downtown. They still remembered my name after all that time. If I had to recommend one place for lunch in Indy, this would be it!
Yummy. The egg salad sandwich is very, very good. Tuna salad sandwich is very good. The california wrap is good. I like spicy mustard in the greek wrap.They make a veggie egg sandwich for me that is tasty and healthy.The roast beef sandwich loaded with things including spicy mustard is very good.The people are very friendly.The hamburger special is every other tuesday, so the line will be long.Good value.

In the 50+ times I have been here (it is close to my place of work), I have never been disappointed. Some recommendations? -Chicken salad on toasted wheat-French Dip-Greek chicken wrap-Make your own salad-Turkey sandwich-Grilled cheese-Soup of the Day-Special of the DayIt’s all good…. Oh and their cookies. Oh and they are a coffee place in the morning. You really can’t go wrong here for lunch.
This is a really good sandwich shop. I go there for the make your own salads. There is a list of items and the salad is made as you wish.
Outstanding. Their soups are always good and different. Curry Chicken, when they have it, is my favorite but I’ve never had a soup that wasn’t good.The sandwiches range from the exotic to the standard and all at very resonable prices. Greek chicken wrap, Thai Chicken wrap are among may offered and lots of veggie food for vegans and the like. Best secret in town
