I make the trip to Indianapolis every few months to stock up on the many tremendous house made sausages they offer. The bread is s local bakery. It is not to be missed. Very crusty and super flavorful. The gingersnap lemon curd ice cream is one of the best Ive ever tasted. Its on par with Greaters. High butter fat content gives it the super creamy texture and flavor. We always get one of all the sandwiches they offer. These things are perfection. All the meats are made in house. The cheeses they use are top of the line. The combinations they come up with work. Keep your eye out for the sponge bob square pants sandwich. It was the reason for our trip to indy. The black pepper sausage, which is made specifically for this sandwich. It has such a unique flavor. Do yourself a favor and visit goose the market. If you eat downtown Indianapolis you will find their meats on many menus.
