Horrible service!. My last two orders have met horrible service. Each time I’ve used a coupon which came in the mail earlier that day. Coupons are never applied to my orders, and delivery does not happen until an hour past expected time frame. Today they did not send out the order from the restaurant until I called them 30 mins past the delivery window. When I called back about my coupon not being taken off I was given a run around, and told they could do nothing.Never again will I make this mistake.
Service SUCKS!!!!. Food is mediocre at best, chicken is bland, desserts are manufactured elsewhere and transported to the facility. Order was f’d up and manager would not rectify after waiting 2 HOURS for delivery!!!. Will never return. Would recommend Dominoes down the street if you want to just throw $ away.

Worst service ever. Every time i order they are upwards of 20-30 minutes late, im always getting put on hold. When i go in to eat the floors are always dirty and most of the staff looks like they have no clue whats going on.
Happys is a great addition to the near northside. Their pizza is flavorful and the thin crust is especially delicious!!
Beggars. Okay if you like being begged for money while you are waiting. I called in my order ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait for a long time with my 2 year old. I walk in, stand at counter waiting for someone/anyone to appear and a man walks up to me (from waiting area) and is basically standing on top of my daughter (she is almost between his legs) and he tells me he needs 2 dollars. I tell him to get away from me and I will not give him money, he walks away. someone finally appears at counter, I say the man was begging for money and its not okay, she dismisses it. not even a minute later, while im paying, he comes back up to me and asks again in a more demanding tone. so I get loud with him and tell him to get away from me. and the lady/!manager! just smiles and says that he is in there all the time. this is not okay, I will not be going back. no one should be pressured to give a beggar money at a place of business, especially a single mother with a small child. it is disgusting to me.
Frozen Pizza in an Expensive Box. While you do get a lot of food, the quality of it isn’t that great. I would rather less than half the price for a DiGorno or some other frozen pizza.
