I am not really sure what to say. Last Friday, we ordered for delivery. After over two hours, the food finally showed up….burnt and cold. When I called the manager to discuss, he told me I was wrong and ordered the wrong thing??? The GM, Jim, was rude, did not want to fix the problem and told me he would do nothing to resolve the issue. I am shocked at his behavior and lack of service skillsThe worst food and customer service I have ever encountered in all my years in the restaurant business. Simply an embarrassment. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who cares about food quality and service.
Worst Delivery ever!!! Ordered a pizza and a side of fries with a drink, took over 1 hour and 40 mins to get here and when it did they forgot the drink. Not to mention I had to throw away the fries as they were cold and soggy and the pizza was cold too. Asked for a refund and was basically told that theres nothing they could do……
SUPER friendly service, but other than that, there wasn’t a whole lot of pluses for me. The food is average, though their pizzas are pretty exceptional. It takes usually over an hour for delivery, and its way over priced for food that seems microwaved and yucky.
Unprofessional and rude. My family was in the area for an event, upon call this establishment for some food ( pizza and wings) the employee on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. After explaining our order five times the employee still ask could you repeat it. We did agree to meet in the lobby of the hotel but he still refused the place our order. With this type of employee how can a customer trust that your food will be prepared properly. Good luck at this failing business.
Extremely Poor Customer Service. Placed an onlne order for pick-up; paid online. Drove all the way across the city (45 mins away) late night to pick up the food, & they ask for credit card & ID. It’s late; food’s paid for… I’d left it at home. They actually & rudely refused to give me the food unless I drove all the way back across town to get the card & ID. Upsetting b/c I couldn’t just pick up the food I’d already purchased. By the way, the website says nothing about requiring ID & credit card upon pick-up. I was so pissed that I had to drive all the way back across town to appease ignorant, unprofessional food service workers. Did it anyway b/c they had my money. When I return, they hand me the 2 hour old food WITHOUT ASKING FOR CARD & ID!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED about the time, gas, mileage, & energy wasted unnecessarily!!! NOW YOU DON’T NEED IT? I asked for freshly cooked food, b/c 2 hr old food is unacceptable. They refused again! Requested a refund & they refused that as well! Poor customer service, rude employees (perhaps not all but the two I encountered). Bad business policies & procedures. Will NEVER patronize again.
Disappointed. I called to place an order and I was told it would be there in thirty minutes. When I called after thirty minutes I was told to chill out it will be there in a few minutes and just to wait. Mind you what I ordered, does not take thirty minutes to cook and I live within walking distance of the restaurant. I hung up and called back and I told them to cancel my order and to refund me my money. I was told that they already charged my card and that since the food was cooked that they would not refund my money. I told them that I would refuse to sign or accept the food and I was told they weren’t going to give me my money back. I was asked by the guy if I wanted to speak to a manager and I told him that okay and the manager refused to get on the phone.
Excellent!. Fast service, friendly staff and the food was awesome!! We had the tenderloin, philly, loaded french fries, o rings and wings. So good, saved website to our favorites!!
