I am from WDC, and one of the main things I miss is having a place to go to late night for food. Tired of Denny’s or IHOP’s, and the fast food restaurants. I ordered three (3)dishes from IAN last night. I got the All Night Double burger w/fries..perfect burger! Good, n juicy was exactly like the menu said. My son had the Kickin Chicken wrap, only issue..it needed more of that Honey Sirachia sauce for that huge wrap. And lastly, we got the Philly Taters..we loved them, even though Im not a green pepper person, it was good! Everything was hot, we did not need to warm anything up, and we received our order in like an hour on a Saturday night. I am a customer of IAN for sure. Worth the money, and very filling! Thanks IAN, hope you guys open another one in another location, its not fair everyone cannot experience your food. Good job!

I know the prices are high for the quality and the food is mediocre at best while using the term ‘mediocre’ loosely; however they do deliver at 4 am so I called Saturday night from Gencon and ordered a pizza. They told me a half hour to 45 min for delivery. Okay, so I decide to not play my game yet and 20 minutes later I go to the drop off at the intersection I told them I was at. I wait there for 45 minutes and my phone dies during this time so I take 3 minutes with my friends in the spot waiting for me and grab a cord for my external. I come back down and call since they are still not there, he said the driver had already been there, I told him we have been waiting in the delivery spot this whole time and nobody ever walked by with a pizza bag or pulled up w a sign on their car or anything. I asked him to just not charge me for the pizza I didn’t have; he refused and said he would have the driver come back after he finished his deliveries. 30 minutes later I called (still no pizza) and let them know I was still waiting in the same spot with no delivery; and again asked him to please not charge me for the pizza I didn’t have. After discussing this with him on the phone for over ten minutes the driver shows. When we ask to see the receipt while telling him we have been trying to cancel, the driver literally crumbled it in our faces. I ordered at 3:30 a.m. and it is nearly 5:30 a.m. at this point, I told him repeatedly during the last call that I was literally only there for them to get this resolved at this point and just wanted to go home. I could have played my game, taxi’d home, made my own food, eaten and been in bed by that point; instead I waited outside for over an hour and a half. Needless to say I never got the pizza and woke up with a $20 charge they wont reverse. Hopefully my banker will fix it because I got zero cooperation from the man who claimed to be the owner on the phone.
