Worst McDonalds in Indianapolis. Many times they have lines going around their entire restaurant, and can take up to 45 min – 60 min to make a simple hamburger and drink meal.Last night, after getting off work, I stopped off and ordered a chicken sandwich and a water. It took them 45 minutes before I got fed up and told them i just wanted a refund. they told me a manager would be right with me, but after another 15 minutes of waiting I just drove off. I called in today to ask for a refund for the money I already paid, and the managers put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me.
HORRIBLE!. Slowest service ever! The help is unfriendly and unmotivated to work. They spend a majority of the time standing around and talking amongst each other. The man in line behind me had to wait 15 minutes for a cup of coffee and I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 meals. Then once you get your food it’s not quite what you order. Instead of two large fries you might get three medium fries and they consistently forget straws and napkins. I would avoid this McDonald’s.
