The white pie was good, a bit heavy handed on the shredded provolone. The Italian sausage is a locally sourced product, and its outstanding. The crust is very tasty and well cooked in the wood fired oven. The meatballs are okay, sorta. Kinda dense and way to much ground sausage in the mix causing the meatballs to become rubbery. The red sauce is very good, and its finished with so very high end shaved parmesan cheese. It comes with a basket of butter and fresh garlic focaccia bread. The roast chicken sandwich was a massive disappointment. The chicken was so over cooked that it sorta shredded as it was being chewed, but wasnt chewable at the same time. The roasted red pepper was nonexistent. This sandwich was not eaten. Overall I like the idea of this place. I will go back and try other things.
