YES!!!. The pretzels at this place are amazing, and really do remind me of the pretzels you can get in my hometown of Philly. The store is a little far away from where I live. But every time I’m in the neighborhood, I make sure to stop in and pick up a few pretzels to take home with me. Also be sure to try the spicy brown mustard it is great. Since moving from Philly I’ve sought out several places that remind me of home, and this place tops the list. Love it!!!
I’m sitting a home, just a short distance from A Taste of Philly and I am really enjoying my soft pretzels and warm cheese sauce. I have to be honest, I’d noticed the location a few times when driving in the neighborhood and never got the opportunity to stop in. I have to admit, I’ve been missing out! The pretzels are perfectly baked and are VERY flavorful, traditional Philly soft pretzels. There is something very special about Philly sort pretzels and these pretzels HAVE IT! The staff was also great to work with. They were very friendly and interactive, making it feel that much more like a true Philly experience! If you haven’t stopped into this bakery, you really need to take 5 minutes out if your busy day for a REAL Taste of Philly. Trust me, you will not regret it.
Awesome spot!. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I usually stop in once a week and have never been disappointed. Though service is always awesome, I received exceptional service from Monica while I was in earlier today. I had a pretzel in the shop and ordered some to go… she said that while I ate my pretzel there, she would make me a new batch of fresh, hot pretzels to take with me! Just awesome. It was great to chat with her. Attitudes like hers will keep people coming back. Well, that and the jalapeno mustard!
They have pretzels.. just pretzel, they are good for the price.. the cinnamom is really good. They have really sugary Boylan pop’s made with cane sugar. I’m on a sugar rush now. It’s good not delicious..
Good pretzels, but they were served cold. The price was great, pretzel bites, a cinnamon pretzel and two bottles of soda for $5
I’ve been here 3 times now, and each time everyone was really friendly, the pretzels were soft, fresh, and tasty, and I left feeling like I got a total bargain! I highly recommend stopping by here next time you need a snack or something more original to feed a crowd.
I love this place!. The pretzels here are so fresh and affordable. You get three big soft pretzels for $2. What a deal! Plus, I’ve also tried their ham and cheese on a pretzel roll. It makes for a satisfying lunch if you want some protein. You also should try a cinnamon twist. They are my favorite! The people who work there are always fast and friendly. There are spots to sit inside and outside, but I usually take mine to go since I live close by. They offer three kinds of mustards at no extra charge. I think they also have a cheese sauce you can add on, but I’ve never tried it.
