Stale, hard pretzels at premium $$. Today we went to Pat’s at 42nd St. and we’re given hard, stale pretzels for $12. Will not be going back any time soon. Disappointing because their prices have tripled since they opened a few years ago. If your product isn’t fresh, I’m not going to drive 30 mins to buy it.
Rude Staff – Avoid. Absolutely rude staff. Skip this place. Do you really need a pretzel so badly that you have to be treated rudely by East Coast culture here in the Midwest? No, you don’t. Move on, and save yourself a lot of problems.
