Fresh ingredients served up in comfort food entrees a wee left of center. The fresh fried pork skins were served so hot that they were still popping and crackling. The Damn Good Grilled Cheese was named appropriately: fresh local bread from Amelia’s Grilled golden brown with Cheddar and Gouda was crunchy hot with warm melted cheese in the middle. Ryan, the server/bar tender, was friendly and attentive. Rooster’s could be a new favorite hang on the East end of Mass. Ave. I really appreciate what they are doing here. Come join the revolution people.
