My son and I went to Scotty’s Brewhouse for lunch. We had to drive around a bit to find parking, but found a spot a block and a half away. When we arrived on Tuesday around 11:30 we were seated immediately. We ordered two of the $2.99 appetizers, corn dog bites and chicken nachos. The corn dogs came out got a fresh. The nacho were not very hot and had canned nacho cheese on them. They were ok. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. My son ordered the snoop dog (a big hotdog wrapped in bacon and topped with mac and cheese). My sandwich was good, but the chicken breast was thin, it would have been better with a thicker juicier breast. Our waitress did a nice job waiting on us and was friendly, even offered us Togo drinks.

Had the sun king wee mac. Also had the spraich pork tacos with Cole slaw. It was all good. Good service and enough tvs for every game on. Glad we stopped in

Big supporter and fan of Scottys! Great menu, beer and atmosphere. One thing I will say that is disappointing was that they removed the Juicy Lucy burger and the lunch Lucy was thinner than a Mikey D’s patty. Idk maybe the kitchen made a mistake.

Been there 4 times this year and every time I’ve had cold waffle fries. Get it together people. Other than that the service has been hit or miss. I’m not going back anytime soon.

I absolutely love this place. Scott has done an amazing job with all of his restaurants. Great beer, great food, great service. The downtown location has an awesome patio to sit out and chill on when the weather is nice. You really can beat hanging out downtown on Scotty’s patio!

If we lived here, this would be my favorite place! FICTION FAITH & FOODIES BLOG. My wife and I visited Scottys Brewhouse, located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, just one block from Bankers Life Fieldhouse, home of the Indiana Pacers. We started our lunch with an appetizer of Loaded Tater Tots, tots covered with melted cheddar cheese, bacon and sour cream. These tots were cooked just the way I like them, crispy and delicious. I ordered the Black & Blue salad with romaine instead of spring mix, Cajun steak, crumbled blue cheese, tomatoes and bacon. The chunky Cajun steak, spicy and packed with flavor, was the big draw for me. Dora here. I chose the Berry Spinach Salad from the new spring additions to their menu. I also opted for romaine over spring mix and asked for the grilled chicken add-on. This was a great choice! Candy pecans, blueberries, and strawberries with a tasty vinaigrette…delish! If we lived here, this would be my favorite place for salads! But their hamburgers looked yummy too! I would rate this restaurant 4 forks out of 5 for a family friendly restaurant serving great food. Dora here. Really, Ernie? Id give it a 5, so how about we split it down the middle with a 4 12? :)Ernie & Dora Hiers, Fiction Faith & Foodies blog02 May, 2015If we lived here, this would be my favorite place! Disappointment. My boyfriend and I went to Scotty Brewhouse where we were given a devour downtown menu for a cheaper price, the menu only had several choices but to save money we ordered off of it. I ordered a grilled cheese with chips and I instead got a grilled cheese with mac and cheese, while the couple we went with got the wrong drinks. Then we were told that devour downtown was not going on after it was offered to us, I had to pay menu price for a meal that came out wrong and the service was very slow. We waited at least 45 minutes for our check after we gave them our cards. We will not be going back. We paid $40 for a meal that was supposed to be $20.
