After reading some poor reviews, I was skeptic. We arrived 20minutes early for our reservation on a Saturday at 710PM. We were seated immediately. The whole experience was top notch. Service was impeccable! Swordfish was perfect. My Hubs said his New York Strip was as good as Ditka’s. The crab mac&cheese was so good and the truffle fries were cooked just right. I had the Shulas salad and my hubs the Wedge. Everything was excellent!!! Yum! Nom!Nom!Nom! Apple Cobbler was a little sweet and a little cold on one side but I’m not a sweets person and so stuffed it was fine. Espresso was so tasty after being warned their machine was on the fritz!
Shula’s Steak House really does have the best steaks! The Shula cuts are perfect. Request a table upstairs for a beautiful view of the state house. Old school team service and fine dining. Chose your entree and then sides are served family style for about three people, we like the Crab Mac cheese and Truffle Fries! Also the sourdough bread and butter is quite tasty!! Martinis shaken at the table and desserts baked to order. Great place for celebrating or entertaining.
