Always rude service from the guy with the gross ponytail at the counter, long wait times and the food isn’t even that good. Save your money and time and go anywhere else at all.
If I could give less than 1 I would. Never have I encountered such poor customer service by what I can assume was an owner or manager. I ordered online and when I asked at pick up if I could use a zoo book coupon the guy was so RUDE. He said he couldn’t give me the refund b/c I paid online and how hard was it to pick up a phone and order a pizza. If an organization can’t handle the technology of online ordering then don’t offer it and certainly don’t criticize us that love technology just cause u can’t seem to grasp it. On top of the horrible pick up experience I got home to an under cooked deep-dish pizza that I had to put in my oven. But what do u expect by a place that says they can make u a Chicago style pizza in 30 minuets, we all know a true deep-dish takes a least 45. I also got a so so chicken parm that was just covered in so much cheese u couldn’t see the noodles. So long review short, don’t go unless u want crappy food and crappy attitude. NEVER AGAIN!
