Disappointed with the lack of creative dishes on the menu. Almost no vegetarian options at all. Beer was alright, outdoor patio is great but the menu needs an over haul.
Great food. Very different selection than what I was expecting. It satisfied the foodie in me. Not your typical brew and burger place. The atmosphere was amazing too. How often to you get to eat in an old church?
We love to visit microbreweries. I was disappointed with this new restaurant. I ordered the Hop Smoked Double Pork Chop. It was burnt. The sweet potato Tots I have had at Sonic Drive-in. The greens were decent. We shared the Warm Apple Cake. It was small. The candied bacon was the only saving grace. It was very expensive for mediocre food.
Awesome menu and great service. Beautifully done in an old church. Loved the different items on the menu that you usually don’t see. Beer vats on what used to be the alter lol
Brewery in a former Catholic Church. Does it get any better? Very cool atmosphere with great tasting beers and food. Our service was wonderful. Overall my boyfriend and I loved this place!
My first comment is that this is a great space, located in a former church. Much of the original architecture seems to have been retained, including very high ceilings. I would not want the heating bill. I also like the way the seating was arranged, with a nice bar area and a seating area sort of separated from the main dining area. There are private rooms upstairs. You can also see the beer vats that are perched on what might have been a stage or altar. Our server, Tucker, was very friendly and helpful. Ask for him. I had the Grilled Vegetable Wrap with Pickled Vegetables. It was all good and Tucker brought me some Ranch/Sriracha sauce for dipping. My wife had the Classic Cobb Salad with chicken. She loved it. We both had wine, and Tucker made sure that my Chardonnay was cold. The prices were okay but not what one would call a great deal. The restrooms were clean. That is big for us. We will return.
