  New tea bag for a refill. I visit several different Starbucks stores daily. This is the only store where the barista refuses to replace the teabag, and states that I will be charged for another tea, if he does so. Same guy, every time, and I keep forgetting that this is the sole store that misunderstands the refill policy. This happened to me over 10 times for sure; the latest time being day before yesterday.

  I’ll always go to Starbucks regardless, but I can’t stand the aloof, rude baristas at this location. I went on a quick coffee break during work, expecting it to take me 10 minutes tops to drive there and back and get coffee. The girl at the counter actually looked up at me, didn’t say a word and continued cleaning up and wiping down stuff for a good 3-4 minutes. I eventually just shouted out my order to her and she was incredibly annoyed throughout the whole transaction. I had to struggle to get my card out of my wallet and she audibly sighed in a bitchy, exasperated way. Starbucks product is great and I love going there to study, but I hate this location. I don’t know, maybe it’s a Mass Ave thing. But I’ll go out of my way to go to the one on 15th and Capitol, because the employees are so nice and friendly there. Plus, free parking.

  The wifi access here is awful. It disconnects and is spotty.
