I’ve come here several time over the past few years because I really want to support it and for it to be good. Unless you are looking to waste a lot of time waiting i wouldn’t recommended it. Every time I’ve come I can’t believe how long it takes. The food isn’t bad, but for the prices I expect it to be really good. Not worth it.

I gave it a four because the French Fries and basil mayo were very delicious, fresh and perfectly seasoned and prepared. All the desserts looked good however the banana creme cheese cake was not good at all. The bananas were off and the crust just plain bland. My BALT also had very little bacon and was way over dressed. Great location and love the self serve water station and cozy seats.

Okay, I know this is in SOBRO, so I guess a certain amount of funkiness is expected. Can you still say funky? The decor and furniture was what I would call ‘Early Chip and Dent.’ The staff was friendly and accommodating. We sat at a communal table which allowed us to look over the entire place and to stare at the other patrons. You order at a counter and they bring it to you. The food: I had the V8 Salad, so named due to having eight ingredients. Best salad I have had out in a long time. Great dressing and no piling on of lettuce. It was enough for me take some home. My wife had the Ham and Egg Wrap which came with a small Beet Salad, which was excellent. The taste of the wrap filling was very good, however, the vinaigrette dressing soaked the wrap and made it fall apart. A little more attention should be given to keeping the coffee in the carafes hot. Two were lukewarm, although they gladly nuked my wifes cup. Total bill-$22 including one coffee. The thing we did not like is that the unisex bathroom was in need of some cleaning and updating. This always makes me wonder about the kitchen. Even so, we would return, because of the food.
