The staff embarrassed the restaurant with their service, management especially! I do not plan to return. Avoid any interaction with management if you expect any profession behavior.
Great place for drinks. We went here for after dinner drinks and we really liked it! Cheap and delicious drinks, great and friendly service. The set up is small but very intimate and cozy. Very fun to people watch here!
We love the Brass Ring! Sometimes there is an odd mix of hipsters, red necks, and professionals there, but the servers are always welcoming. The food is very good-try the peanut butter ice cream dessert. Drinks are reasonably priced-for such a unique atmosphere, with a pianist and singer, I thought it would be pricier. Jesse Lee is our favorite server! Also, a nice selection of sipping whiskeys here.
Fun, cool view of fountain square, good potato skins, cold beer
Nice style. I’ve been here quite a few times and ordered different drinks and foods each time. I’ve always been quite pleased. The staff is very personable and accomodating, even making special drinks off a data phone. The music and ambiance is great. Rather smoky though.
New Local Favorite. Usually when my fiance and I stop into the Brass Ring, we probably shouldn’t be, but we love it. It’s one of the last stops on our way home from downtown. We joke that the Brass Ring is too cool for us, because all of the servers and the patrons just seem especially hip, but we have still been welcomed in every time.I have never been disappointed by the food at the Brass Ring, but it walks a fine line between traditional pub fare and something a little classier. There are definitely many vegetarian options, but so far we have stuck with pizza and quesadillas.Another great thing about the Brass Ring is that there is plenty of outdoor seating, so its just as perfect summertime restaurant. When it gets cold, it might be a tight fit. Its a unique restaurant. It’s got a warm, local feel. A great bar is accompanied with some good food that I think will only get better with time.I would recommend that anyone who is hanging out in the Fountain Square area stop by the Brass Ring.
1st Visit. Alicia Rocks!
