If you are from Kendallville, then you probably love this place- if you are from elsewhere with a palate, probably not….. There is already a review that states this, but it’s true I have yet to meet anyone outside the Kendallville area that will fall all over themselves about how great this pizza is. Just like I have yet to meet anyone from Kendallville that will tell you anything other than Jim’s pizza is the greatest……..If your favorite toppings are grease and excessive sauce you will absolutely love this place, however if you are looking for a good pizza, I would suggest going elsewhere …..And I also think Jim’s high rating is due to the lack of competition in the Kendallville area (Pizza hut and Hungry Howies) and possibly people who don’t know any better

Best Pizza In Town. We’ve purchased pizza from Jim’s 8 times now, from a small order to a huge 11 pizza order. Everytime, the staff is friendly, a real HOMETOWN pizza place. The Pizza is beyond awesome, love it love it love it. They even made me a pizza with a crust so thin for my low carb diet that it was like paper thin and so darn yummy. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Highly recommend Jim’s for all your pizza needs and more!

Great hometown pizza. Jim’s is a great hometown pizza place.Locals who have moved to other cities will often take frozen Jim’s pizza back when visiting this area. The sauce has a nice spicey taste and the pizza is sensational. It can be greasy, though. It comes on a cardboard circe with paper over it, instead of the customary pizza box. I am not sure why; perhaps to cut down on cost? Anyways it is a classic in this area. Everyone rants about Jim’s pizza.
Amazing!. The first thing you may notice is their pizza is super greasy. Or, maybe you’ll notice that each pizza is square cut. Then again, you might notice how each pizza has perfectly cooked crust, lots of sauce, and tons of tasty looking toppings.If you do notice how bad the pizza is for you first, don’t let it deter you from at least trying a slice! Sure, if you care about your body, you won’t want to eat it all the time. But, if you care about your taste buds, you’ll definitely have to get a pizza from Jim’s!As the other reviewer mentioned, there is a long wait, so order early. It’s so worth it! They also have pre-made, frozen pizzas ready to take home and cook. A home oven can not mimic the way their pizza ovens cook, so the frozen pizzas are just not the same.Altogether, this place is a MUST for anyone that like good pizza!
Pass. The only people I have met that like this pizza are born and bred in K-ville. If grease is your favorite topping then this is the pizza for you. I was told that the pepperoni has changed over the years & is the reason for all the grease. Either way this place is a local favorite but just not for me.
