Place at the heart of Powai, presentation and ambience is awesome. Service is better than similar food joints. Well in terms of food, tried some starters, not satisfied. Spicy lovers, not recommended. The best two items are CCT Pizza !
Good Stuff Good People. I went for Father’s Day. The people behind the counter were spot on good customer service. Professional in that familiar low key way just like a BarBQ joint should be.Order taken and out in short order. They did put barbeque on my wife’s brisket despite asking for it on the side. Mistakes happen its how they are handled that matters. They immediately offered to replace the order.The food was delicious. My toddler wouldn’t stop eating the beans. My pulled pork serving was delicious and large. And my Texan wife said the brisket was very good. That is a high compliment.Sides were homecut fries, coleslaw and beans. All were good as stand alone. I don’t like coleslaw myself but I ended up eating half of it myself. Yes I plan to eat their food again and sing their praises when asked. As for the negative reviews, my wife thinks they are either fired employees or competitors. Everything customer service and food related was spot on. Including answering the phone.
