Service was good but for a place named after a steak I would think they would know how to cook one both my wife’s and mine were over cooked and just plain to the taste. Not going back
Too expensive. My brother in law came in from out of town and we all went to Pier 11. Everyone was very please with their food (they already ran out of some items on their menu and the place just opened an hour earlier). The problem was it was very expensive for this area and for the amount of food you actually get. Great food, I had the lamb shank and it was AMAZING. It was two small lamb pieces and some veggies and it was around $25.
Bad eats. I had the fish and chips with beans and onion soup, the fish was full of grease and the beans tasted like soap..the lady hostess, which i think she was the owner was very unfriendly and snobby……wont go back
Asked to leave. Wednesday evening must be library night. While attempting to unwind after work, my wife, mother and mother in law was asked to leave. The owner John told them he was losing business because they were laughing and making to much noise. The last I knew, bars are for hanging out and socializing. My mother in law departed the bar crying. John D. you really know how to run a business..
Adding to my previous review…don’t skip dessert. Killer honemade carrot cake and really good service24 Apr, 2013Loved the view , the food and the flexible portion sizes. Great steak, green beans with carmelized onion and tomatoes plus custard potatoes. The star of the show was the grilled asparagus salad. Highly recommend!
Great food and great service 9 on a scale of 1-10
Terrible food. Frozen fishy tasting fish, bland mash potatoes, and sauted frozen vegetables. Silverware was dirty. Staff seemed annoyed by the request for new silverware. Nothing fresh here, nor is the service remarkable. Overpriced given the food quality.
