Always double check your order. I don’t eat at Wendy’s very often thanks partly to this one location. We have driven a bag of food back to the house (8 miles away) several times only to find our order incorrect. The last two times (a week apart) we drove all the way back to complain and get the right order. We were offered a small order of french fries for our trouble. Hardly enough compensation for driving 16 miles round trip and waiting an extra 30 minutes to eat our food.So that was last year when a swore I’d never go back to Wendy’s. I gave them another try last Sunday and luckily the drive through lady at the window double checked my bag; my order of a #2 with a large Coke was missing the french fries. I see much hasn’t changed in the last year.I read in the local paper that a guy threw his Coke back through the drive through window when he asked for no ice and they got his order wrong. While I don’t condone his behavior, I can only imagine this wasn’t the first time they got his order wrong and like me, he’s been back plenty of times because of a wrong order. He probably just snapped at their nonchalant attitudes about consistently getting his order wrong.Check your orders before you drive away; my money bets you’ll find it wrong more times than not.
