Unhappy with B&N. We have eaten several times at this diner! The food has been very good but the service has been very spotty! We were in there at lunch lunch time and the waitresses were sitting eating! Wow, should they be eating when busy lunch crowd is coming in?? We had a seat and four other groups came in after us. Finally the waitresses get up from lunch and started taking orders! They did not take our order but the four groups that came in after us! We tried to get the weird red headed waitress to come over but to no avail! Needless to say we left and will not be going back! This young girl is a piss poor waitress and I suspect she is a relative of the owner! Too many good places to eat in Lafayette to go back here and that is too bad because the food is good!

Decided to try this place for some weekend breakfast to go instead of shellies. called in the order just fine the lady on the phone was nice and friendly.went to pick it up and they have so many tables jammed into the very very tiny space that it was very hard just to get to the register.after they added it all up I handed them a debit card and they said they don’t take them!!! are you kidding me? I asked. im sure I know why this is. they have an atm on site so it cost me extra just to pay for breakfast.the food was OK but the bacon is awfull they must deep fry it since it comes in very hard crispy clumps.not a bad experience but bad enough we wont be back. and I will be steering my friends and family away from here.
