Terrible! Waited way longer than quoted for delivery and received wrong order. When called to explain the ‘manager’ was very rude and unhelpful. NEVER again! PiZza was compariable to dominos with a way bigger price tag.

This Jacks is horrible no meat on are pizza after we waited 40 mins for a sausage & mushroom pizza also when we mentioned the special from online the guy said No you have to use a coupon so we ask can we get a coupon again No I will never be back I love Jacks always have I grew up on this pizza but I was in the neighborhood so I stopped we wanted pizza on a Tuesday this is what you do imagine a Friday are Saturday I’ll have to go to Castleton seeing as the one in Nora has closed are took on some new name I’m so pissed at Jacks right now
Worst pizza place. Bad bad pizza I ever bought.and the manager sucks as well. I advise no one to ever buy a pizza from this place also the customer satisfaction is horrible. I will never buy another pizza from this place long as I live
Jacks Pizza is Awful !. Do not, I repeat do not order pizza here unless you want a buggy, disgusting, tastleless pizza! JUST A WARNING TO the WISE….Jacks Pizza located at 8025 Pendleton Pike Indianapolis (317) 899-5225 should not serve pizza, wings, maybe, but not pizza! Tried this location twice — both times HORRIBLE !!!! The pizza is TASTLELESS, the crust was not baked completely and slight of ingredients….. The advertisement is totally false…the photo is a hoax. Dominos, Donatos or Pizza Hut is MUCH better with real customer service. I ordered for family visiting from Goshen for Thanksgiving and everyone except my Uncle Dan was truly disappointed.
