  Manager has no customer service skills. Customer serice is awful. the last three times I order it was over 2 hours before my order arrived. When I called the Manager always tries to talk over me, and no let me finish my sentence. When the pizza arrives it is always cold. This last time after 2 hours I called and informed the manager to cancel my delivery and credit my debit card. He informed me that we was cancelling my order and that he was not going to credit my card. That I would have to fight it out with corporate. This manager is a pure clown. I am calling corporate today and demand that he me fired. Further I would suggest that you never order from this location believe me when I say they are awful!

  Horrible. I have been in the restaurant myself thru out the years. Due to this I am very understanding that mistakes can occur etc. Most places apologize fix it and move on. I was shocked at my experience here today with Marco’s in Lawrence. I had a pretty large order two pizzas and bread sticks. The food overall was not what i hoped for. It was very cold despite us being on time to get it. The toppings were more sparse than when I ate there few months prior. The major thing was half of my veggie pizza was just cheese……. So I called and did not even bother going into the quality etc. I just said my pizza was made wrong. I was then put on hold about 4-5 times. I was finally told I could come back or get a 20 dollar credit. Due to time I said I will take the credit. I was shocked also that no one even said a simple sorry we messed up your order. So today I called and gave my phone number as instructed to utilize my 20 dollar credit. I was shocked when I was told they had no record of that. I verified they were using my correct number. They had record of my previous order but not the credit. I explained what had happened. The person on the phone was very unconcerned and said you will have to wait and talk to someone tomorrow nothing we can do. I explained my frustration about being put on hold multiple times, poor quality, and wrong food. He still refused to help. I asked for his name and number for their corporate office. He refused to give me his name! If he did nothing wrong why be afraid to give his name? And really it is not that hard to narrow down who was working if he was afraid of getting into trouble with corporate. So I called backed and asked to talk with the manager. Assumed customer service this poor had to be from a line employee. I was shocked when the same rude person answered and said he was the manager! I am going to be also making a complaint to their corporate office. I can say this. I do NOT want any coupons or free stuff. I have no desire to ever eat at this establishment again after being treated in this matter. I do want them to be aware though so hopefully better service can be offered in the future.

  Excellent!. Live a few blocks away and have been going here for several years. Never had a single bad experience. Usually when you go to the same place time and time again, you’re bound to catch them on an off day sooner or later, but not at this Marco’s. The Marco’s franchise has great pizza, but this particular one is exceptional. Always fresh, very fast, pleasant staff. Top notch. Hands-down the best pizza place I have ever encountered.

  Mmmm…good. Got carryout with some friends last night. The salad was great, full of veggies. Their cheesy bread is mouthwatering. Full of flavor!! Their pizza was great too. Great crust and they do not skimp on their toppings at all! Would definitely order from them again.
