Jon’s Kitchen review. Stopped into Maggie’s Lounge after for a bite at Jon’s Kitchen. The sweet bourbon Philly is to die for. since my first encounter with Jon’s, Ive tried the mushroom burger and the pizza and have never left unsatisfied or wanting for more. if anyone says you can’t get a decent lunch for $5 anymore they are severely mistaken. they even do delivery!

And the onion rings with Jon’s homemade special sauce (it’s to die for). The pizza is amazing as well. The chili cheese fries are great too. I’ve known Jon long enough to say that I remember when he was restricted to a microwave. I am happy to say, after trying the bourbon philly cheesesteak, that his culinary skills will exceed your expectations. I, for one, will be a repeat customer.
I just went to jons kitchen inside maggies lounge I was shocked to see that they wernt very busy. I don’t think word has really gotten out about this place yet. I had the sweet bourbon philly cheese steak that jon suggested I try that was the best philly I have ever had in my life and I used to live a little south of philly in my younger years. I honestly think it was the best sandwich I’ve had in my whole life! Ill be going back for sure there is so many options to choose from my mouth was watering just looking at the menu! I highly recommend this place!
