Ordered sushi and pointed at the picture they gave me something else so I held it up to the picture trying to explain that it was not what I ordered and the guy refused to do anything about it I asked him if he would please make me what I ordered and he said I don’t speak English and walked away then him and the other man started yelling I said excuse me if I can’t get the sushi can I have my money back and he said no and they walked to the back it was weird and very unprofessional03 May, 2012Horrible… I can’t Beleive the disrespect! The cooks are very rude and can not speak any English I was very nice and patient when they gave me the wrong order and I pointed to the picture and said that is what I want the cook said I don’t speak English and walked away from me
BAD. How can you run a business and not speak any English. I dont mean to complain but it is really hard to get any information about the food when the men working the register dont even try to listen or show any interest in what your ordering!
Love it!. We happened to walk into this place the first week they were open. The sushi chef offered a sample of the sushi and we had teriyaki. We keep going back. My picky eater son loves it. I lived in Japan for three years and I think it is wonderful food.
No thank you! The guy couldn’t speak or understand English in the least bit. I went there for sushi & they weren’t doing sushi that day because the sushi guy wasn’t there. Makes no freaking sense. Don’t advertise you have sushi & then not serve it on random days. Also I order chicken fried rice for my stepson & got chicken teriyaki on a bed of fried rice. Not what I wanted. They don’t listen. Never going back!
Delicius Food! But is not very recommended if you are in Diet! Lots of calories in that Yummy Yummy Teriyaki Sauce! ((Its much more delicious when its freshly and hot!)) :b :p
The chicken and shrimp tempura tasted more like corn dogs than tempura. Too heavy, too greasy and way too salty. The California Roll was fair but not much better than what you could get at a grocery store. Portion sizes are good and the cooks are friendly but I don’t see myself going back.
A greasy mess. I work nearby and thought this sounded good for lunch. This was the worst meal I have had in a long time. As with other reviews, I agree the portion is good for the price, but the taste is horrible. My chicken teriyaki was greasy and had several chewy chicken tendons in it. Whatever you do, don’t watch them scoop the raw chicken from the container and put it on the flat top. That might be where I lost my appetite. Never returning!
