Fun experience for Valentine’s Day. Make reservations and expect to be here a couple hours. Food was delicious. It’s a lot so pace yourself. Waitress was fun but was a little slow on service but the place was packed that night. We will be back.
Fantastic place for a date, maybe the best in the city to go with someone special. It’s a fun, unique experience and great food/service. I’d recommend even if you aren’t a fondue fan.
I made a reservation a month in advance as we had a party of 8. At two hours into the meal, we hadn’t even received our entree. We were halfway through a 4 course meal and it’s absurd that we’d only had cheese and a salad. We asked for additional vegetables for the cheese. Never received them. Asked for more water. Never got it. I have visited the Melting Pot previously and have never had this poor service. And we couldn’t seem to even get ahold of the manager after three attempts. He sent the poor server back twice to deal with angry customers. Highly unprofessional. And then he didn’t the even attempt to comp the meal for the ridiculously poor service. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again.Also, the bathroom floors are slick. I suspect grease from the kitchen gets tracked in. Be careful…
